The Ngataringa Tennis Club is run by a Committee of unpaid volunteers, elected at the Annual General Meeting.

On behalf of the members, the Committee conducts the business of the Club in accordance with the club’s Constitution, which is a legally binding document, and is held with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies, in the Companies Office. A copy of the Constitution is available on this website, and is also held with the club Secretary.

A separate Midweek Tennis Committee runs the Midweek Club, and the Midweek Convenor reports back to the Senior Committee on their activities.

A Junior Convenor liaises with the Club Coach and sits on the Senior Committee to represent the interests of Junior members. The Junior Convenor may form a separate Junior subcommittee if required.
